FULL SALMON SHARE (Full Fillets)
$335 per share, 21 lbs
The full sockeye salmon fillets are our most popular product. The fillets are on average 1.5 pounds and serve 3-5 people. This amount can easily fit into a standard refrigerator/freezer, occupying about half of the space of the freezer.

FULL SALMON SHARE (Portioned Fillets)
$355 per share, 21 lbs
Our portioned sockeye salmon shares are made up of fillets that have been cut in thirds or quarters and individually vacuum-sealed. These are ideal for individuals, or smaller households. The single serving portions average 6oz. This amount can easily fit into a standard refrigerator/freezer, occupying about half of the space of the freezer.

CANNED SOCKEYE SALMON
$99 for 3.5oz and $138 for 5.6oz, 24 cans per case
Our canned sockeye salmon is canned fresh on the fishing grounds in BPA free cans. This is a skinless and boneless preparation with only salt added. It is easy to eat right out of the can, or check out our salmon salad recipe in the recipe section above. Canned salmon is a pantry staple in Europe and Canada and is a family favorite around our house. We think you will love adding this healthy and quick meal option to your routine!

ALASKAN COD (Larger Pieces)
$170 per share, 10 lbs
We’ve been meticulously planning this for years and are excited to offer wild Alaskan cod from a special long-line vessel that is owned by the Bristol Bay Native Corporation (of which some of us are shareholders). This is a state-of-the-art vessel allowing it to produce the freshest cod fillets available. The cod is MSC certified sustainable, and a Seafood Watch “best choice” option due to the careful harvesting and biologically sound management practices. Cod shares will be packed in 10-pound cases and each case will contain individually vacuum-sealed 5-8 ounce pieces.

ALASKAN COD CUTS (Smaller Pieces)
$120 per share, 10 lbs
This is the same wonderful cod described above but comprised of smaller pieces packaged into one-pound vacuum sealed pouches. Each case contains 10 one-pound pouches, with each pouch including assorted 1.5-3 oz pieces. Each pouch is individually vacuum-sealed. These pre-cut portions are perfect for fish tacos, soups, chowders, or fish & chips.
