During our winter share program, we are offering 3.5 lb shares of our hot-smoked wild Alaskan sockeye salmon. Hot-smoked salmon is firmer in texture and contains ONLY salt and smoke. You will be surprised to find that the fish tastes succulent and sweet even without sugar or honey. Over the years, we have found our members prefer it this way. It is fully cooked, has a flaky texture, and works great as an appetizer or a feature in various entrees. Each share contains 6-8 individually vacuum-sealed pieces of smoked salmon.
